As we expand our U.S. presence, we are looking for a Sales Development Representative to join our team in the Northeast U.S., preferably in the NYC area. This person will play a critical role in broadening our reach in North America, specifically targeting asset managers, hedge funds, and regulatory professionals. What You Will Do:
- Business Development: Identify, target, and engage prospective clients in North America, focusing on financial institutions with regulatory and compliance needs.
- Lead Generation: Research and identify potential clients using online tools, social media, and industry events.
- Outbound Outreach: Conduct outreach via cold calls, emails, and social platforms (e.g., LinkedIn).
- Lead Qualification: Assess prospects’ needs and fit through discovery calls, utilizing BANT (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline) criteria.
- Scheduling Meetings: Arrange qualified meetings for Account Executives.
- CRM Management: Maintain and update CRM data (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Market Analysis: Stay informed on industry trends and emerging regulatory requirements to better position AQMetrics solutions.
- Collaboration: Partner with Customer Success and Product teams to ensure seamless onboarding and client satisfaction post-sale.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of sales experience, ideally within SaaS, fintech, or asset management.
- Demonstrated business development experience and client engagement skills.
- Strong knowledge of financial markets and regulatory compliance, especially in asset management.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting while remaining goal-oriented and self-motivated.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
