SPCSHP is looking for a Project Manager who will be responsible for managing the execution of integrated projects from conception through delivery, including managing scope and resources, scheduling, budget tracking, and the development of project plans. The ideal candidate will be an experienced and adaptable individual who can assist in leading a large team to deliver a range of project types, from quick turnaround projects to more complex campaigns.

Roles + Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the entire project lifecycle to deliver comprehensive social media campaigns to some of the most recognized brands in the world
  • Assist in scope, timeline and budget management creation
  • Leads and controls several projects at once, managing all communications, scope, timeline and budget
  • Develops detailed project plans and collects client information for development
  • Develops and communicates project performance throughout the project lifecycle to all stakeholders (internal and external)
  • Maintains and updates all project plan documentation, from initiation through execution to close-out
  • Leads cross-functional teams to deliver high quality deliverables on time and on budget
  • Accurately identifies and mitigates project risks, forecasts development timelines and budget accordingly
  • Facilitates communication among team members – internally and with the client – via regular team meetings and the project status
  • Additional duties as Client and Agency needs evolve

Requirements

Skills + Experience:

  • 3-5 years of experience within a creative agency environment in a project management capacity
  • Experience overseeing the execution of social media campaigns from start to finish
  • Highly organized, highly motivated, goal and detail-oriented, self-starter who is passionate and experienced 
  • Strong ability to manage cross discipline teams
  • Understanding of, and experience executing projects with that adhere to platform guidelines, legal considerations, advertising regulations and best practices
  • Strong Excel, Google Sheet and SmartSheet skills
  • Experience with contract writing
  • Experience creating and managing budgets and staffing plans
  • Experience in budget reconciliation
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, both independently, and as a part of a team

Benefits

The salary band for this role is $90,000 - $100,000. Where a prospective new hire's base salary will fall within this band depends on several factors including their qualifications and experience, the skill level required in the role, market rates, and the salaries of existing crew members at SPCSHP within the same role to maintain equity.
