We are seeking a skilled and motivated Luxury Sales Professional to join our all-women New York City-based team as we prepare to open our new SoHo location in 2025. In this role, you will be pivotal in providing exceptional service and cultivating strong relationships with our clientele. As the primary contact for our guests, you will deliver personalized, top-tier experiences and drive revenue through strategic sales and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Upselling and Revenue Maximization:

- Identify and seize opportunities to upsell additional services, products, or packages, driving revenue growth and enhancing the studio’s profitability.

- Manage high-value transactions with precision, ensuring a seamless and secure process for luxury investments.Client

2. Premium Service Delivery:

- Offer a luxury, white-glove experience, including private consultations and customized photography sessions designed to exceed client expectations.

- Possess in-depth knowledge of our services, including studio offerings and customizable packages, to provide expert recommendations and personalized advice.

3. Client Experience Enhancement:

- Proactively anticipate client needs and preferences, delivering innovative and upscale solutions to enhance their overall experience.

- Work closely with clients to understand their vision, offering bespoke recommendations to ensure their satisfaction and delight.

4. Engagement and Relationship Management:

- Develop and nurture trust-based relationships with clients through personalized communication and attentive service.

- Act as the primary liaison for guests, addressing inquiries and providing tailored solutions that align with their unique preferences and needs.

5. Client Retention & Loyalty:

- Monitor and assess client feedback to continuously improve and refine service offerings, ensuring a superior luxury experience.

Requirements

Qualifications?

- Proven experience (3+ years) in high-ticket sales, being a top performer and exceeding targets, preferably within the hospitality, or luxury retail industry.

- Proven experience in uxury goods, or premium service industries.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a talent for building and maintaining relationships.

- Strong understanding of sales techniques, customer service, and high-value transactions.

- Ability to anticipate client needs and offer creative, tailored solutions.

- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.

- Availability to work evenings and weekends.

- Must be able to work in-person from our SoHo studio location. This position is offered as IN-PERSON ONLY.
