Each member’s care is led by a dedicated Chief Medical Officer who collaborates on your behalf with specialists in cardiology, neurology, pediatrics, gynecology, endocrinology, performance and movement, and more. Our exceptional clinicians also work closely with the 60+ members of the Atria Academy of Science & Medicine, top experts in their respective fields who are available for rapid consults, support, and referrals.
The Inventory Management Specialist is responsible for overseeing the organization, control, and distribution of inventory for Atria. This role ensures that inventory is accurately tracked, replenished as needed, and properly stored, all while maintaining optimal stock levels to meet business needs. The Inventory Management Specialist will collaborate with various departments, including Home Services and Operations to ensure smooth and efficient inventory management.
Requirements
Inventory Control:
- Maintain accurate inventory records, tracking stock levels, orders, returns, and backorders.
- Conduct regular stock counts (e.g., bi-weekly, monthly, quarterly) and reconcile any discrepancies between physical and system inventory.
- Monitor product shelf life and recommend replenishment or disposal of items nearing expiration.
- Assist with implementation of inventory control systems and best practices to reduce errors, and overstock situations.
- Create a draft of orders to be approved by the Operations manager.
Compliance & Safety:
- Ensure medical inventory complies with safety standards.
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience (2-3 years) in medical inventory management,
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of industry best practices and inventory control techniques.
Work Environment:
This position may require periodic lifting, standing, and walking from institute location to corporate location (2 blocks from each other).
Compensation:
$30-35/hr
