Financial Systems Analyst

We are looking for a Financial Systems Analyst

Compensation: $140,000 - $177,000 salary, employee equity plan grant & world class benefits.

We are seeking a Financial Systems Analyst with deep expertise in Workato development and NetSuite to optimize, integrate, and automate Rokt’s financial systems. Reporting to the Financial Business Systems Manager, this role will focus on building and maintaining robust system integrations, ensuring system reliability, and implementing scalable solutions tailored to evolving business needs. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful financial technology solutions that support Rokt’s continued growth.

About the role:

Workato Integration Development

• Design, develop, and maintain integrations between financial systems using Workato.
• Build complex Workato recipes to enable seamless data flow between systems such as NetSuite, Coupa/Zip, and Adaptive.
• Proactively troubleshoot and optimize existing Workato integrations to improve performance and reliability.

NetSuite Administration & Development

• Serve as a subject matter expert in NetSuite configuration, customization, and SuiteScript development.
• Create and implement custom workflows, saved searches, and reports to meet business and operational needs.
• Oversee and manage integrations between NetSuite and other financial systems, ensuring data consistency and synchronization.

System Optimization

• Identify and implement opportunities to improve system functionality and automate financial workflows.
• Ensure all improvements and changes align with SOX compliance requirements and internal controls.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner with Finance (Accounting, FP&A, Operations) and Engineering teams to define technical requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
• Provide training, support, and system enhancement recommendations to internal stakeholders.

System Maintenance & Support

• Provide Tier 1/2 technical support for financial systems, resolving issues promptly.
• Manage system upgrades, patches, and rigorous testing to ensure system stability.

Technical Documentation

• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations, Workato recipes, and custom scripts.
• Share and implement best practices for integration design and ongoing system management.

Requirements

About you:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field.

• 4+ years of experience in administering and developing financial systems, with a primary focus on Workato and NetSuite.
• Proven expertise in designing and building integrations with Workato, including recipe creation, deployment, and optimization.
• Hands-on experience in configuring, customizing, and developing in NetSuite, including SuiteScript.

• Advanced knowledge of system integrations, APIs, and middleware platforms.
• Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., JavaScript, SuiteScript) and automation tools.
• Strong understanding of data modeling, workflows, and reporting in financial systems.
• Familiarity with SOX compliance and internal control frameworks.
• Experience with complementary tools such as Coupa/Zip and Adaptive is a plus.

• Analytical, with a strong problem-solving mindset and a focus on resolving complex technical issues efficiently.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment.

• NetSuite Administrator Certification and/or Workato Automation Pro Certification are strongly preferred.
