Warehouse Associate

THE ROLE

We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse activities, including the loading and unloading of goods, order picking, and maintaining inventory accuracy. The ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety while working in a fast-paced environment.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Load and unload shipments efficiently while adhering to safety protocols.
• Receive merchandise coming into the building by vendors, customers, or other warehouses based on Stadium Goods customers receiving SLA expectations
• Responsible for examine incoming shipments for authenticity
• Utilize warehouse management systems to track inventory levels and manage stock locations. Manage the entered quantity received against the purchase order in the computer system and print back order and inventory stock put away lists.
• Perform order picking tasks accurately to fulfill customer orders in a timely manner.
• Assist in shipping and receiving processes, ensuring all items are accounted for and properly documented. 
• Collaborate with warehouse supervisors to maintain an organized and clean work environment.
• Engage in heavy lifting as required, ensuring proper techniques are used to prevent injury.
• Participate in regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy in stock levels.
• Work with manager and other team members to ensure a successful product lifecycle from beginning to end.

Requirements

WHO YOU ARE

• Previous experience in a distribution center or warehouse environment is preferred.
• Familiarity with the sneaker market trends is a plus
• Strong understanding of shipping and receiving processes along with warehouse management systems.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) consistently throughout the shift.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Commitment to following safety guidelines and protocols at all times.
