Full Job Description
ACCRUE SELECT is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Payroll Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Senior Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for processing payroll accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations and company policies.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in payroll processing, including knowledge of federal and state payroll regulations. You should have excellent attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work with confidential information in a professional manner.
Responsibilities:
- Process payroll for employees on a bi-weekly basis
- Ensure accurate calculation of wages, deductions, and taxes
- Review and reconcile payroll reports
- Respond to employee inquiries related to payroll
- Stay up-to-date with changes in payroll regulations and make appropriate updates to payroll processes
- Assist with year-end payroll activities, including W-2 preparation

Requirements
