All About ABA, LLC is a leading provider of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services for individuals and families in need. We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Scheduling Coordinator. As the ABA Scheduler, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient scheduling of therapy sessions and maintaining accurate records.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the scheduling system for ABA therapy sessions
- Coordinate with clients, therapists, and other team members to schedule therapy sessions
- Ensure that therapy sessions are scheduled efficiently and effectively
- Monitor and adjust schedules as needed to accommodate changes or conflicts
- Communicate with clients and therapists regarding schedule changes or updates
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of therapy session schedules
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth and coordinated scheduling processes
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in scheduling or a related field is strongly preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks
- Proficiency in computer systems and scheduling software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
