City Wide is on the lookout for a dynamic Sales Executive to drive sales leads and cultivate new client relationships. As a Sales Executive, you will oversee the entire sales process, from making cold calls and generating leads to sealing the deal. The ideal candidates are self-motivated go-getters with a hunter's mindset, fueled by the prospect of substantial sales commissions, and who thrive in a collaborative team environment.

What you will do in this role:

  • Identify and qualify potential clients, leads and referrals resulting in sales that meet or exceed goals.
  • Initiate the sales process by scheduling appointments, understand account requirements, and make initial presentations.
  • Closes sales by building rapport with potential accounts, explaining our service capabilities, overcoming objections, and preparing contacts.
  • Maintain required activity standards to include conducting a minimum number of prospecting calls and cold call visits each week.
  • Utilize and manage customer relationship management system (CRM) to maintain all client and lead information.
  • Maintain and manage your "Top 100" list in the CRM.
  • Maintain a positive work atmosphere.

  • If offered a position, the candidate will be required to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background screen.

Compensation

  1. Base salary of $70,000 with additional bonuses and commissions.
  2. Top performers have the potential to earn up to $170,000.
  3. Cell phone allowance.
  4. Mileage reimbursement/Car Allowance Stipend

Requirements

  • 2-8 years of Outside Sales experience required.
  • Preferred Outside Sales in B2B environment.
  • Must have previous success with cold calling (phone and in the field)
  • Organized with territory management experience.
  • Strong outgoing, dynamic personality
  • Track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals
  • Excellent oral/written communication skills, leading client meetings
  • Team player who can work effectively with operations and other sales team members.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
  • Strong knowledge of CRM systems
