Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented CQV Engineer to join our team for an upcoming project focused on generating and executing commissioning documents for critical facility systems. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring that all systems and equipment meet operational, safety, and compliance standards, contributing to the success of the project.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute commissioning documentation for:
- Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) system
- Generator system
- Two HVAC units
- Room qualification and environmental monitoring
- Fire suppression system
- Conduct HVAC commissioning activities, including airflow testing, temperature and humidity controls, and system optimization.
- Oversee room qualification processes, ensuring compliance with cleanroom certification standards.
- Perform functional testing and verification of fire suppression systems to ensure operational readiness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, construction, and quality assurance, to align commissioning activities with project goals.
- Document and resolve discrepancies identified during commissioning and qualification activities.
- Ensure all CQV activities comply with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and client specifications.
- Provide detailed reports, logs, and documentation to support project completion and regulatory audits.
Requirements
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience in HVAC commissioning, room qualification, and cleanroom certification.
- Strong background in fire suppression system commissioning.
- 2- 7 years years experience in CQV processes within regulated industries, such as life sciences, pharmaceuticals, or biotechnology.
- Ability to develop comprehensive commissioning documentation and protocols.
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, life sciences, or a related field.
- Certification or training in HVAC, fire suppression systems, or cleanroom operations.
- Familiarity with regulatory guidelines such as FDA, GMP, or ISO standards.
