Job Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with daily living activities, including dressing, bathing, grooming, and mobility support.
• Provide emotional support and build meaningful relationships with residents and their families.
• Monitor residents’ health and promptly report any changes to medical staff.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe living environment.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure residents’ needs are met with compassion and dignity.
• Assist in social and recreational activities that enhance residents' quality of life.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in caregiving, healthcare, or a similar role preferred but not required.
• Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to supporting seniors.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Must be reliable, punctual, and committed to providing exceptional care.
• CPR/First Aid certification is a plus.
