Medical Director - Primary Care

The Primary Care Medical Director is responsible for providing leadership and oversight to the primary care department of our medical facility. The ideal candidate will be a board-certified physician with at least 5 years of experience in primary care.

Responsibilities:

• Provide medical oversight and leadership to the primary care department
• Develop and implement policies and procedures for the department
• Recruit, hire, and supervise primary care providers
• Ensure the provision of high-quality, patient-centered care
• Manage the department budget
• Track and report on department performance
• Stay up-to-date on the latest medical guidelines and best practices
• Represent the department to other departments and organizations

Qualifications:

• Board-certified in primary care
• At least 5 years of experience in primary care
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care

Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience and other qualifications.
