The Human Resources (HR) Coordinator is responsible for the company’s success by coordinating the recruitment, administration, and performance initiatives of DataXoom employees.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Coordinate onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
- Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS (Human Resource Information System).
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of HR best practices.
- Assist in the development and communication of HR policies and procedures.
- Assist in the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies.
- Assist in the development and implementation of employee engagement and development programs.
- Provides subject matter expertise in handling the disciplinary processes and formal grievances.
- Manage HR vendor relationships; serve as a liaison.
- Additional responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements
- 3+ years of Human Resource experience
- Associate Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or equivalent.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Entrepreneurial drive and work ethic.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Prompt, motivated self-starter.
- Easily adaptable.
