Position Summary:

This role involves evaluating, strategizing, and implementing personalized treatment plans for a varied group of patients. Your clinical expertise will play a crucial role in delivering compassionate care and executing personalized interventions that cater to the distinct needs of each patient. Your role will involve supporting patients throughout their rehabilitation process, enabling them to reach their objectives and enhance their overall well-being.

Compensation: $90,000 - $115,000 annually, with a comprehensive benefits package.

Key Duties:

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate functional abilities and create tailored treatment plans.
• Implement evidence-based interventions to enhance mobility and reduce pain.
• Collaborate with a dedicated team of healthcare professionals for comprehensive patient care.
• Provide education and support to patients and families regarding therapeutic exercises and preventive strategies.
• Document patient progress and maintain compliance with all regulatory standards.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Master’s or Doctorate in Physical Therapy (MPT or DPT).
• State licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience with EMR software preferred.
