Our Home is on the lookout for a committed and customer-centric individual to join our dynamic team as a Maintenance Manager for our Las Vegas Plant. As the Maintenance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining our facilities, equipment, and systems, while continuously striving to enhance efficiency. This role involves overseeing maintenance systems, driving continuous improvement in manufacturing processes, nurturing the development of skilled trades, and contributing to the formulation and execution of long-term strategies.

- Keep Things Running: Stay on top of facility and equipment issues to minimize downtime.

Safety First: Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and promptly report any safety concerns to the Safety Committee. - Pillar of Reliability: Be available 24/7 to keep operations running smoothly. You'll spend half your time in the office and the other half on the plant floor, ensuring everything's running like clockwork.
- Assist with troubleshooting equipment issues and ensure OSHA compliance.
- Ensure adherence to safety rules and Good Manufacturing Practices.
- Ensure manufacturing productivity and product quality through maintenance oversight at all plants.
- Develop and maintain proactive programs to minimize mechanical downtime.
- Collaborate in weekly staff meetings to assess plant needs.
- Direct maintenance department operations, including scheduling and prioritizing tasks.
- Oversee inspection, repair, and maintenance of structures, equipment, and systems.
- Manage service contracts and support capital projects.
- Supervise wastewater treatment equipment and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Coordinate contracts for maintenance services.
- Collaborate with management to ensure Food Safety programs are followed.

Requirements
- High School Diploma/ GED preferred
- 5 – 7 years maintenance leadership experience in a manufacturing environment
- Physical demands include lifting up to 50 pounds, working on feet, and using tools for repetitive actions
- Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
- Proficiency in mechanical and electrical engineering
- Strong interpersonal skills with tact, patience, and courtesy
- Ability to manage time effectively and pay attention to detail
- Proficiency in record-keeping procedures and problem-solving abilities
