Full Job Description
About us:
Brado is a digital marketing agency reinventing the way healthcare brands engage with people. Driven by insight, we offer precision engagement solutions that produce superior returns for our healthcare clients and better experiences for their healthcare customers.
Our Values: At Brado, we value the individual. We believe work and life can be synergistic and should not be at odds. The joy and renewal you get from each source must fuel the other. We have and will continue to cultivate a team who celebrates our diversity of thoughts, beliefs, backgrounds, and lifestyles. We are driven by our passion to do great work with great clients that are truly changing lives.
The Role:
Ideal candidates for this role will live in the St. Louis, MO or Dallas/Ft. Worth TX areas. While our day-to-day work is done remotely, our teams gather as needed in person for intentional work.
What you can expect in a Senior Strategic Planning Director Role at Brado:
As Senior Strategic Planning Director, you will quarterback an insight-driven approach by translating audience insight into highly targeted, personalized brand experiences. In this role, you’ll collaborate with insight and data specialists to expand the collective understanding of the audience, including Ideal Customer Profile development and Buyer Personas, while channeling that empathy into strategic foundations and direction for the activation teams.
This role requires skills in defining problems and extracting insights that promote ongoing cross-functional strategic alignment.
Strategists work in partnership and individually to represent Brado. They are self-motivated, needing little supervision. Everything they do embodies Brado’s core purpose of “inspiring the ideas and relationships that transform lives” and differentiating Brado from marketing firms and consultants. Our Strategists are exceptional in engaging people, internally and with clients. They are gifted strategic thinkers and clear, concise and compelling writers and story-tellers. They can inspire an audience through thought-provoking, provocative language (no filler, no marketing jargon).
