WiseWell Therapy is a small private practice provider of telehealth mental health services, specializing in treating anxiety, ADHD, gender dysphoria, depression, & PTSD. With a mission is to provide accessible, patient-centered care that meets the unique needs of each individual that proudly serves the LGBTQ community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individual telehealth psychotherapy to clients ensuring confidentiality and high-quality care.
- Provide trauma-informed, compassionate, and evidence-based therapy to clients with PTSD, ADHD, depression, and anxiety.
- Complete required documentation, including intake assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes, within set timeframes.
- Communicate effectively with clients, maintaining professional boundaries and therapeutic relationships.
- Adhere to professional standards and ethics
- Collaborate with administrative staff & other clinicians as needed to manage caseload and ensure client satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in our electronic health record (EHR) system.
- Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans tailored to each client’s needs.
- Stay up-to-date with state licensure requirements and ensure your license remains active and in good standing.
- Demonstrate commitment to diversity, inclusivity, and providing LGBTQ-friendly care.
Requirements
- Licensure: Must hold an active license as a [LPC, PLPC, LCSW, LMFT, or similar] in Missouri.
- Provisional licensees and interns must have an outside supervisor secured.
- Skills: Strong clinical skills with a focus on evidence-based practices, excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Technology: Reliable internet connection, computer, and a private, professional workspace for conducting telehealth sessions.
- Licensed clinicians who have been paneled with insurance a plus
- Experience with telehealth and trauma-informed PTSD therapy approaches preferred.
- Experience working with LGBTQ or gender diverse population a plus
