Full Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Account Manager to co-manage Amazon and manage the traditional staff augmentation program for Medtronic. In this position, you will play a crucial role in expanding our market share and fostering long-term partnerships within this account. Your responsibilities will encompass various aspects of business development, client relationship management, and negotiations.
What you will do:
- Intake, qualify, and manage requisitions.
- Identify and generate new business opportunities for our Talent solutions service line within these key accounts.
- Combine a strong work ethic with a best/smartest-practices approach to produce results.
- Utilize your proven experience in lead generation and managing key accounts to drive business growth.
- Develop long-term professional relationships with contacts within this key account.
- Stay up to date with industry developments and trends, maintaining awareness of competitor activity.
- Participate in networking activities such as attending user groups, career fairs, and professional association meetings, both remotely and in-person.
Requirements
What you bring:
- 3+ years’ staffing industry experience required; IT/Creative staffing experience preferred.
- Past experience helping manage and expand key accounts that have an MSP and VMS in place.
- High level knowledge on how to manage high volume requisitions in a way that leads to placements and new revenue.
- Possess a team-oriented, entrepreneurial, innovative, and creative mindset, fostering collaboration and embracing new ideas.
- Able to engage, consult, and negotiate at the highest levels.
- Client-driven with excellent relationship management skills.
- Experienced in marketing/selling consulting or recruitment solutions/services.
- Well-organized, driven, task-oriented, and self-motivated.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, and Adobe.
- Familiarity with sourcing tools and techniques, including online social networking, traditional networking, Boolean searches, LinkedIn, and ZoomInfo, is strongly preferred.
- Previous experience with an ATS (Applicant Tracking System) is advantageous.
- Familiarity with the Seattle metro area’s staffing market is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.

Compensation - In this role, you'll enjoy a competitive base salary along with commission-based earnings. The total compensation range is between $85,000 and $150,000, depending on your location and level of experience.
