Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee Production: Manage all aspects of installation and service projects, ensuring timely delivery and superior quality.
  • Lead and Develop Teams: Supervise Project, Installation, and Service Managers, fostering growth and providing training opportunities for professional development.
  • Ensure Customer Satisfaction: Address service issues effectively, promote timely resolutions, and uphold the company’s commitment to five-star customer experiences.
  • Drive Operational Excellence: Monitor key performance indicators, review daily reports, and implement strategies to keep the department on track.
  • Cultivate Relationships: Build strong connections with customers, team members, and installers to promote trust and long-term success.

Requirements

Required Qualifications:

  • 5-10 years’ experience in team management 
  • Demonstrated performance in a project management position 
  • Proven track record in managing cross-functional teams
  • Experience in process optimization and workflow management

Preferred Experience:

  • 5 years project management experience 
  • Experience managing home improvement teams  
  • Proficiency with CRM software and tools 
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Operations Management, or related field  
  • Six Sigma or Lean Management certification
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
