Full Job Description
About Us:
We believe that making the best decisions means looking at all the facts – a near-impossible task in our era of information overload. To fix this, we are building the next generation of machine learning software. Powered by generative AI, our algorithms analyze key information sources and provide comprehensive, factual answers for even your most complex queries.
We believe that the transformative impact of generative AI will be only realized by those willing to take on the world’s biggest information challenges. To make this future come true, we deploy our longstanding expertise in reinforcement learning and natural language processing.
We are scientists. Builders. Entrepreneurs. We spearheaded many of AI’s most impactful applications. We led teams at Google, DeepMind, Meta, and EY-Parthenon. We now bridge cutting-edge AI research and the biopharma industry.
About the role
We are seeking an ambitious, enthusiastic new team member to drive the success of our life sciences customers on the East Coast by bridging Reliant’s AI solutions with their needs.
You will work directly with customers to understand their research workflows, identify key challenges, and guide them toward successful adoption and use of our product. In addition, you will represent the voice of the user within Reliant, collaborating with the Product team to define needed refinements. As our product advances and company scales, you will have the opportunity to grow into a leadership role over time.
Please note: this role requires in-person presence on the East Coast, ideally in Boston or NYC. Reliant’s HQs are in Montreal and Berlin, which leaves our growing user base on the East Coast in need of love closer to home. This role would operate remotely from the rest of Reliant’s team for now, with an eye toward establishing an in-person team in the next 2 years.

Support Customer and Product Strategy
- Represent the voice of the user within Reliant.
- Collect and synthesize user feedback to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement.

What you’ll bring to the table
- 4+ years of experience in life sciences consulting or commercial functions within pharma/biotech and a strong understanding of the business challenges faced by analysts and decision-makers in the industry.
- A positive, energizing presence with excellent interpersonal skills.
