The Opportunity:

We are currently seeking experienced and certified lifeguards to join our team at a client location in Springfield, MA. This role involves providing lifeguard services for a community pool.

• Position Type: Lifeguard
• Pool Hours: 5:00am - 3:00pm - Split shifts
• Duration: Starting November 25, 2024 - ongoing
• Compensation: $20.25 (time and a half on holidays)
• Age Requirement: Must be over 18 years of age.
• Access to Reliable Transportation
• Added Flexibility and Opportunities:
• Additional LG Potential Opportunities: In addition to the primary weekly position, there are opportunities to accept bookings both before and after this period. This allows for enhanced flexibility and the chance to increase your earnings.
• Swim Instructor Opportunities: If you're also a qualified swim instructor, let us know! We have opportunities to book swim instruction sessions, expanding your potential to work and earn with us further.

Requirements

While applicants who may not meet all the following criteria will still be considered, they should be able to obtain or renew the necessary qualifications before starting.

• Valid Lifeguard certification & relevant experience
• Current First Aid & CPR Certifications
• Access to reliable transportation
