The Administrative Assistant will perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks essential for ensuring smooth office operations. Responsibilities include organizing travel and meeting arrangements, managing mail distribution, planning events and providing general support to other staff members.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain organized filing systems, both electronic and physical.
- Collect, collate, and distribute incoming and outgoing mail.
- Manage vendor setup, ensuring accurate verification of all vendor documentation.
- Process purchase orders and track related workflows.
- Oversee general office upkeep and maintenance to ensure a functional work environment.
- Coordinate with external vendors and internal IT to arrange equipment setup for employees.
- Arrange travel accommodations, including hotel bookings and other logistics.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned to support team objectives.
Requirements
- Associate Degree
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Communication and collaboration
- Organizational skills
