Next Phase is looking for an exceptional Senior Strategic IT Solutions Architect or Program Technical Lead with a proven track record in crafting winning solutions for esteemed organizations such as the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) and the Food and Drug Administration (FDA), as well as other HHS OpsDivs (NIH, CDC, AHRQ, etc). As a leading IT Solutions provider, we're seeking a dynamic individual adept at federal proposal solutions, particularly in digital modernization efforts, BIG Data, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Advanced Data Management.
Role Overview:
As a Senior Strategic IT Solutions Architect/ Program Technical Lead, you'll be pivotal in spearheading innovative IT solutions tailored to address intricate challenges within the government healthcare IT domain, particularly within CMS. Drawing upon your extensive expertise in HealthIT, AWS, Software Development, and other cutting-edge technologies, you'll collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams to architect high-impact solutions, bolster government healthcare IT operations, and present compelling proposals. Your role will also entail providing insightful guidance to senior federal leadership at HHS. Past Federal Senior HealthIT and IT staff are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with clients to grasp their strategic objectives and technical requisites.
- Design scalable and secure solutions for federal systems, encapsulating them in persuasive federal proposals.
- Develop materials and actively engage in key presentations to senior federal leadership.
- Stay at the forefront of emerging technologies, advocating for and integrating innovative approaches into our solutions.
- Use personal relationships to create opportunities to meet with Federal decision-makers and present solutions to challenging problems.
Requirements
- Proven experience supporting the Department of Health and Human Services as a Solutions Architect or Program-level Technical Lead (mandatory). Established relationships with client(s) are highly advantageous.
- Proficiency in crafting briefings on complex technical subjects and delivering presentations to senior and SES-level federal government leaders.
- Expertise in developing technical segments of federal proposals.
- Hands-on experience in devising cloud-first solutions focusing on advanced data management and analytics.
- Minimum of fifteen (15) years of overall IT experience, with at least three (3) years within a federal agency.
- For at least eight (8) out of fifteen (15) years, served in a capacity such as Technical Lead, Solutions Architect, or Technical Program Manager.
- Ability to attend regular in-person meetings at agency.
Residency Requirements:
- Must be a US citizen or green card holder to perform this role
- Candidate must have established residency in the US for the past three (3) years.
- This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
