We are currently searching for a Site General Manager to lead one of our flagship locations in Las Vegas. This individual will be instrumental in ensuring operational excellence while maintaining the highest standards of customer satisfaction and team performance.
Position Overview:
The Site General Manager will oversee all aspects of site operations, including fuel management, convenience store and QSR functionality, team leadership, and compliance with regulatory standards. This role requires strong leadership capabilities, a commitment to safety and compliance, and a passion for delivering an outstanding customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the travel center, ensuring high-quality service and operational standards.
- Lead, motivate, and develop a diverse team, conducting regular training sessions and performance evaluations.
- Monitor customer satisfaction levels, address concerns, and implement improvements to enhance the customer experience.
- Manage inventory levels and vendor relationships, ensuring product availability and quality compliance.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols, environmental regulations, and operational guidelines.
- Analyze financial performance metrics and develop strategies to drive sales growth and profitability.
- Prepare detailed reports on site performance for senior management review.

Requirements
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a management role, preferably in a travel center, convenience store, or a related industry.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
- Strong understanding of fuel management, inventory control, and quick-service restaurant operations.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards relevant to fuel and convenience retailing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships with staff and customers alike.
- Ability to analyze financial data and drive performance through effective decision-making.
