About Pinch

Pinch is a fast-growing tech-enabled concierge med spa based in Chicago, IL. We currently serve the Illinois and Washington markets and plan to launch additional markets in 2025 and beyond. Pinch is one of the few concierge med spas, providing clients with treatments in the comfort of their homes. We empower healthcare professionals by allowing Nurse Practitioners to deliver aesthetic services directly to clients wherever they are and whenever they’d like . Pinch currently offers treatments such as Botox, chemical peels, microneedling, and a medical-grade skincare line.

Description

We are looking for a full-time Marketing Coordinator to support our social media and field marketing initiatives and assist with various cross-channel marketing efforts that align with Pinch’s mission and core values. The ideal candidate will be a creative, motivated, and organized professional who will help drive new client acquisition through influencer, partnership, and field marketing strategies. This role will report directly to the Brand and Partnerships Manager.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify opportunities to enhance brand presence through events, social content, and other word-of-mouth marketing efforts driving new client acquisition across Pinch’s markets. 
  • Track and document metrics to evaluate the success of the campaigns you manage.

Social Media:

  • This individual should be excited about the freedom to create fun and engaging content. 
  • Create weekly social campaigns across TikTok and Instagram to drive brand recognition and customer acquisition. 
  • Copywriting, light graphics (Canva or other), and video editing to bring the posts to life.
  • Monitor social channels and respond to inquiries, delegating to relevant teams as necessary.

Influencer:

  • Source and schedule influencers that align with our brand for partnerships across multiple markets.
  • Track the performance of influencer campaigns.
  • Build and nurture relationships with influencer partners and collaborate with content creators.

Events:

  • Create engaging IRL brand moments across Pinch’s various markets. 
  • Support field marketing events by organizing logistics and collaborating with local providers.
  • Foster relationships with brand partners across various markets.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in marketing, influencer partnerships, social media, or event management.
  • Loves keeping up with the latest consumer trends 
  • Experience and interest in aesthetics, health & beauty, and healthcare is a plus. 
  • Is skilled at creating content for social media
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple projects.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to travel for a few days a month to new markets
  • Excitement for building partner relationships and thinking new ways to drive brand awareness. 
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to track performance and optimize strategies.
  • A positive attitude with a mindset that no job is too big or too small.
  • Available to run events on some nights and weekends
  • Available hybrid to work onsite in Evanston IL, at home, and in the field
