Description
As an Inside Sales, Member Programs professional with NationaLease, you will join a fun, collaborative team within an ambitious, entrepreneurial organization. You will be responsible for driving increased program participation amongst NationaLease members. You will build relationships and act as a trusted resource to members, in order to drive customer participation in the various programs including NationaLease Supply Management, Allen Insurance program, National Account Rental Program, NationaLease Road Rescue, and NationaLease Fleet Connection.
This key position reports to the VP, Member Services and collaborates regularly with all departments and Member-Owners within NationaLease. We’re a dedicated, down-to-earth group in a growing organization offering plenty of opportunity. We look forward to adding you into the mix!
As an Inside Sales, Member Programs professional, you will:
- Develop relationships with NationaLease members, act as a resource in support of members goals, and promote member participation across NationaLease programs
- Advise members on appropriate programs for their businesses, increasing revenue to NationaLease through member utilization of these programs
- Facilitate connections between members and supplier partners
- Increase revenue to NationaLease through member utilization and participation of member programs.
- Develop the spend of NationaLease members through supply management program
- Conduct purchasing reviews with members, maintain accurate documentation of activity in the CRM system and pipeline reports
- Increase member enrollment and participation in the Allen Insurance program
- Prospect and sell the National Account Rental Program (NARP) to new national rental customers
- Increase member enrollment and participation in the NationaLease Road Rescue program
- Obtain and track signed customer agreements and certificates of insurance from NARP customers; alert membership to new NARP customers
- Maintains accurate and complete NARP information on NationaLease website
- Prepares weekly reports for management to track strategic goal accomplishment
- Conducts conference calls and in-person program reviews with members as appropriate
- Participates in company staff meetings and attends other meetings as required
- Along with other members of the Member Services team, answers questions and inquiries from members on various topics pertaining to their membership
Requirements
You’ll need to have:
- Relevant experience in sales and customer service
- Excellent skills in communication, both written and verbal
- Ability to maintain database records, and use technology to work efficiently across systems
- Accountability and follow-through to execute entire sales process from prospecting to close
- Self-motivation and drive to achieve in a collaborative environment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Availability to travel to various member events every 1-2 months

It’s great if you also have:
- A Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree
- General knowledge of truck fleet products and services
