Responsibilities

  • Source and identify qualified candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and referrals.
  • Conduct screening interviews and evaluate candidates’ skills and experience to ensure a good match for both candidates and clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and preferences.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to placement, including interview coordination and offer negotiation.
  • Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process, including resume writing and interview preparation.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to effectively advise clients on talent availability.
  • Utilize recruitment software and tools to track candidate progress and maintain an organized database.

Requirements

  • Experience working in a remote environment and managing time effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously.
