As a Production Manager at CorDx, you will oversee all aspects of our manufacturing operations, ensuring high standards of quality, efficiency, and safety. You will lead a team of production staff, manage daily operations, and implement strategies to enhance productivity and streamline processes. Your expertise will help us maintain our reputation for delivering superior diagnostic products.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain production schedules to ensure timely delivery of products to customers
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with purchasing department to order materials and supplies for production
- Collaborate with manufacturing team to develop and implement production plans
- Oversee the production process from start to finish, ensuring that all products meet quality standards and are delivered on time
- Communicate with various departments to ensure smooth flow of production process
- Resolve any production-related issues in a timely and effective manner
- Evaluate and improve production processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as biotechnology, chemistry, or biology
- 7+ years of experience in a production coordination role preferably in the biotechnology industry
- 5+ years of leadership/management experience
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
- Knowledge of cGMP regulations and ISO 13485:2016 is preferred
- Fluent in Chinese
