JOB ROLE: Marketing Campaign Manager
LOCATION: Atlanta office - Hybrid working model, attendance in the office is expected at least 2 days a week.
REPORTING TO: Director of Marketing

Role Overview
CMSPI seeks an experienced marketing, communications, and content professional to join our marketing team to support the strategy, implementation, and innovation of CMSPI marketing initiatives that increase brand awareness and engagement, and drive prospects through the sales and marketing funnel.
Reporting directly to the Director of Marketing, the Marketing Campaign Manager will play a critical role in driving our marketing communications and content strategy, optimizing marketing campaigns, and generating demand for our services.
The key focus areas include:
Strategic Planning and Implementation
- Help build the CMSPI brand through the implementation of a marketing and content strategy and plan.
- Perform an internal audit of current marketing communications practices, provide recommendations for improvements, and implement changes.
- Develop and implement campaigns and materials promoting CMSPI events, products, sponsorships, strategic initiatives, and consultancy services.
- Ensure external communications align with organizational tone of voice, brand, and style standards.
Marketing Campaign Management
- Create one-off (list) and automated email campaigns
- Create landing pages for each campaign as required
- Work with creative to source ideal imagery for campaigns and landing pages
- Create and develop messaging for event marketing campaigns
Writing and Editing
- Write and edit compelling content for all marketing assets and platforms.
- Write creative, approachable, conversational content about unfamiliar topics.
- Write and edit conference and workshop reports and video scripts.
- Edit reports and work with designers to translate project outputs into infographics, templates, and other support media.
- Create brief surveys and analyze and disseminate results.
Website
- Publish content like blogs, news articles, and the like to the corporate website through WordPress.
Metrics
- Track, analyze, and report metrics across all marketing activities and make recommendations for improvements.
Requirements
You are a great match if you...
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5-7 years’ work experience in B2B marketing communications with expertise in content development, marketing campaign management, and reporting and analysis.
- Proficiency with marketing tools and platforms like WordPress, Salesforce Pardot and HubSpot; experience with LinkedIn and Google Advertising a plus.
- Strong written communications to generate content for blog posts, news articles, press releases, social media, websites, and other materials distributed across various channels.
- Outstanding organizational skills, keen attention to detail, and excellent time management abilities.
- Proven track record of delivering measurable results through inbound and outbound lead generation efforts.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, managing and prioritizing tasks effectively.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to align marketing strategies with overall business goals.
