The Position
We're hiring veterinary practice managers to elevate, grow and lead the team at Plant City Animal Hospital in Plant City, Florida and Lakeland Animal Clinic in Lakeland, Florida. This position is responsible for leveling up our systems, processes, and people to provide a best-in-class client and pet experience.

We're looking for someone who has led a team in a high-growth company and who is eager to roll up their sleeves and make ideas happen that increase client satisfaction as well as improve team efficiency, retention, and development.

- M-F
- Weekends as needed

Requirements
Veterinary Practice Manager:
Certified Veterinary Practice Managers, Certified Veterinary Technicians and/or 5 years of previous veterinary experience are strongly preferred for this position. However, we appreciate that skilled leaders in other industries also bring valuable skills and those with a minimum of 5 years of previous management experience are welcome to apply.
Experience:
- Veterinary experience: 5 years (Preferred)
- Management: 5 years (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- Veterinary Technician Certification (Preferred)
- Veterinary Practice Manager Certification (Preferred)
