We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Producer to join our Miami-based team. This role requires strategic thinking, hands-on content creation, and a strong focus on maximizing audience engagement and brand visibility. You will work closely with the marketing and creative teams to develop and execute effective social media strategies that align with overall brand goals. You will be responsible for defining which social media channels we should be present on, determining what content to create, and establishing how frequently to post. Additionally, you will create and manage content across all social media channels to enhance brand visibility, boost engagement, and grow our community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage content strategies across social media platforms to drive audience engagement
- Produce high-quality, engaging content, including video, graphics, and other multimedia assets
- Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics to make data-driven decisions and optimize engagement
- Stay up-to-date on social media trends and experiment with new content formats and emerging platforms
- Collaborate with the broader marketing team to integrate social media activities with larger campaigns
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with Google Analytics 4
- Minimum 2 years of experience in social media content creation and management, with a focus on audience engagement and growth
- Experience working with the US market, particularly in Real Estate or similar industries
- Excellent written and visual storytelling skills
- Proven ability to manage social media accounts using tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar platforms, including budget management
- Ability to create, edit, and produce high-quality short-form videos and other multimedia content
- Strong interest in staying up-to-date with social media trends
Benefits
Compensation:
- $50,000 - $60,000 annually, including performance-based bonuses
