Responsibilities

  • Engage with clients to understand their recruitment needs and develop effective strategies.
  • Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking events.
  • Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidates' skills and cultural fit for clients.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including screening, interviewing, and presenting candidates.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends to provide clients and candidates with insight and advice.
  • Utilize recruitment metrics to track success and improve recruitment strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in recruitment, preferably within management consulting or related industries.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and candidates.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
  • A proactive approach to sourcing candidates and a good understanding of talent acquisition.
