Streamline WorkComp is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Provider Relations Contract Specialist to join our team in the Hospital & Healthcare industry. In this role, you will be responsible for managing provider contracts and relationships to ensure a seamless and efficient experience for our customers. You will work closely with our provider network, negotiating contracts, resolving issues, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare operations, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality service to our customers.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with our provider network
- Negotiate and manage agreements with providers, including fee schedules, payment terms, and service level agreements
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless contract implementation and ongoing compliance
- Resolve issues and disputes with providers in a timely and efficient manner
- Monitor provider performance and ensure compliance with contract requirements
- Stay up to date on industry regulations and trends to inform contract negotiations and compliance efforts
- Provide support and guidance to providers regarding contract terms, billing processes, and other operational inquiries
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of healthcare operations and regulations, particularly in the workers' compensation industry
- Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Outstanding attention to detail and organizational skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and contract management software
