Responsibilities

  • Conduct property tours for prospective tenants and provide them with detailed information about available units.
  • Assist clients with the leasing application process, ensuring all required documentation is completed and submitted promptly.
  • Answer incoming inquiries via phone, email, and in-person regarding leasing options and properties.
  • Maintain accurate and organized records of applications, leases, and tenant interactions to facilitate seamless leasing operations.
  • Collaborate with property management teams to ensure that units are prepared for showings and that maintenance issues are addressed timely.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with current and prospective tenants, ensuring their needs and concerns are addressed.
  • Stay informed about market conditions, competition, and industry trends to provide effective recommendations to clients.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in leasing, property management, or a related field.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on customer service excellence.
  • Ability to work well independently and in a team environment, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively under pressure.
  • Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite applications.
  • Knowledge of local, state, and federal leasing laws and regulations is preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree in business or a related field is a plus.
