Full Job Description
Cornerstone Learning Community (CLC) is seeking an experienced Office Manager for full time employment* for the 2024/25 school year with training in April/May/June as available. This is a unique opportunity for a reliable professional to join a dynamic administrative team dedicated to empowering learners. (*We would be willing to consider part time job sharing under the right situation.)

The Office Manager’s job includes, but is not limited to . . .
- Office tasks such as . . .
- Answering phones/taking messages
- Being a go-to person for questions and requests from parents and teachers
- Supporting the Director, Admissions Director, and Business Director
- Maintaining school calendar
- Working with programs/software such as Google Suite, WordPress, and FACTS database as well as the Microsoft Office suite
- Overseeing FACTS, the school’s database software
- Run reports
- Maintain database
- Send all-school emails
- Create mailing labels
- Provide training and trouble shooting for faculty and staff
- Help maintain the school’s website
- Maintaining first aid kits and resources
- Store and administer student medications during school hours
- Help run fire drills
- Taking care of students who come to the office when not feeling well or injured
- Manage the school lunch ordering and delivery (if and when we get it going again)

Work:
- 40 hours a week
- Pay commensurate with experience
