DS Contracting, LLC is a reputable construction company specializing in commercial and residential projects. We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee our projects from inception to completion. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful execution of all construction projects, managing budgets and schedules, and liaising between clients, subcontractors, and the internal team.

Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee all aspects of assigned construction projects, ensuring they are completed within budget and on schedule
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to develop project plans and ensure compliance with regulations and specifications
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress, resolve any issues, and ensure adherence to safety standards
- Coordinate with clients to understand their requirements, provide updates, and address any concerns or questions
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost estimates, making necessary adjustments as needed
- Oversee the procurement of materials, equipment, and subcontractor services, ensuring timely delivery and quality control
- Prepare and submit progress reports, change orders, and other documentation to the clients and stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
- Proven experience working as a Construction Project Manager, preferably in commercial or residential construction
- In-depth knowledge of construction processes, regulations, and industry best practices
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and coordinate with various stakeholders
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail
- Proficiency in project management software and tools
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to various construction sites as required
