As the Business Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and expansion of UIT Institute. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and maintaining relationships with strategic partners, and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve business targets.
You will also collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns, conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities, and analyze sales data to drive informed business decisions. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
The ideal candidate for this role is a highly motivated and proactive professional with a proven track record in business development and sales. You should have excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders. Additionally, you should possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to think strategically and creatively to drive business growth.
Responsibilities
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to promote UIT Institute's programs and services
- Build and maintain relationships with key industry partners, including corporations, educational institutions, and government agencies
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop and execute effective marketing campaigns
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor analysis, and new opportunities
- Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed
- Manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure their success
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven track record in business development and sales, preferably in the education or training industry
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and creatively
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
