Aretum, a highly regarded company in the government contracting industry, is looking for a skilled Senior Project Manager to join their team. As a Senior Project Manager at Aretum, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing complex projects for their government clients. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will ensure the successful delivery of projects within budget and on time.

Responsibilities
- Oversee project management and execution, including facilitating coordination across EAD and with the project support team.
- Collaborate with Division personnel to define, track, and monitor tasks, milestones, and deliverables.
- Lead updating and maintenance of EAD’s centralized task tracking system, MS Teams Planner, ensuring real-time visibility into task statuses and progress.
- Lead development and execution of a comprehensive communications plan tailored to the Division's needs
- Lead development of a Division-wide Annual Operational Plan that addresses the Division's unique role and function within the Agency and outlines primary services for the calendar year.
- Provide guidance and oversight to junior staff and motivate team members to achieve project objectives
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, finance or other discipline relevant to management of large, complex programs
- 10+ years’ experience manage multi-task projects of high complexity, including program evaluation and management, strategic planning, business process improvement, and strategic communications (internal and external)
- Experienced using MS Planner to develop and monitor detailed project plans, including assigning resources, time, and interim milestones across a critical path
- Experienced managing and coaching junior staff
- Excellent written and verbal communication/presentation skills
- Ability to pass a DHS FEMA suitability investigation (Public Trust)
Preferred
- Existing DHS or FEMA Entry on Duty suitability
- Experience working in insurance or national security related field
- Experience in federal government consulting
- Experience in IT, cybersecurity, or national security related field
- Familiarity with Department of Homeland Security (DHS)/FEMA programs or initiatives
