We are looking for a Senior Program Management Lead to drive the execution of the roadmap supporting Oura’s Enterprise Products. This includes sectors such as Healthcare, Department of Defense Technology, and B2B initiatives. This role will drive the development of our population health platform to empower enterprise customers to improve the health of teams and populations and unlock new care pathways for preventive and personalized Human Care.
What you will do:
- Manage, track, and deliver the roadmap ensuring all P1 programs are delivered on-time and at a high bar
- Build and install repeatable processes to continuously improve our delivery schedule, minimize risk, grow the business in a scalable fashion
- Align and inspire cross-functional teams to support all roadmap deliverables
- Monitor sales performance, analyze trends, and generate reports to make data- driven decisions for planning and optimization.
- Drive best-in-class execution as part of a greater team including program planning, reporting, stakeholder engagement, and systems that enable us to scale.
We have offices in San Francisco and San Diego for those who prefer hybrid or office settings. Oura employees in other major cities (like Boston and New York) occasionally gather informally at local co-working locations.
This is a remote US role with a preference for candidates to be based in the Eastern Time Zone and in the greater Washington D.C. area.
Requirements
We would love to have you on our team if you have:
- 10+ years in the ecommerce space with specific experience with high-level technical requirements, GTM strategy, marketing partnership strategy, and/or program/project management
- This role will require you to be comfortable in large group settings, stakeholder management, strong communication skills, and the ability to lead and inspire a cross functional team
- Familiarity with e-commerce best practices and the ability to integrate with various stakeholders across the organization.
- Experience working with the U.S. Government and/or government contracts

Oura takes a market-based approach to pay, which may vary depending on your location. US locations are categorized into tiers based on a cost of labor index for that geographic area. While most offers will be closer to the starting range, successful candidates' pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, internal peer equity, and market conditions. These ranges may be modified in the future.
- Region 1 $166,000 - $189,000
- Region 2 $158,000 - $180,000
- Region 3 $150,000 - $170,000
