Associate, Client Services - Digital
Location: D.C., New York, Chicago, Denver, (Hybrid), remote considered based on experience

The Impact You Will Make
In this role you will serve as the client point of contact for limited engagement clients or for portions/verticals of large client engagements. You can almost anticipate client needs and have the ability to look ahead and plan/strategize accordingly. You will gain strong leadership skills as you mentor early staff on specific projects.
What the Day-to-Day Looks Like
Overall. Work on political, philanthropic, corporate or public affairs client related campaigns and projects. Develop communications and digital strategies for our clients, including content development and amplification through paid or owned channels for organizations, companies and executive thought leaders. Analyze and help shape a client’s voice into compelling content for platforms and outlets from social media to mainstream news outlets.
Client Relations. Serve as a proactive resource for clients; Track and solve client needs; Develop and deliver informal and formal presentations to clients and internal team.
Project Management. Review, edit and provide feedback on copy produced by junior copywriters and digital strategists; Coordinate with the agency’s creative services team (design, video, etc.) to shepherd concept from idea to execution.
Digital Marketing Responsible for the execution of various deliverables for a given campaign to include the writing and concept development of digital advertising, the writing of content calendars, or metric analysis and reporting.
Strategic Communications Draft and plan initial campaign strategies at the local, regional, national and global levels; Draft and distribute written materials, including press releases, advisories, op-eds, blogs, briefing documents and other items; Pitch and secure press coverage for clients with ease; Use your strong and existing press contacts at a variety of levels and across various beats.
What You Bring
- 3+ years of communications, public relations, marketing, political efforts or advertising experience required.
- Experience writing and editing copy for digital advertising for SEO or SEM campaigns.
- Strong attention to detail and proofreading skills
- Intellectual curiousity and ability to thrive in a fast paced environment
- Superior written and oral communications skills
- Knowledge and understanding of social media platforms and their respective participants (Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter, etc.) and how they can deployed in different scenarios
- Outstanding collaboration skills and ability to work independently
- Expertise with Microsoft Suite and Google Suite

BPI offers a comprehensive total compensation package for this role to include but not limited to a targeted base salary range of $60,000 - $70,000 an annual discretionary bonus, and generous benefits. Actual base and bonus compensation will be determined by a wide variety of factors, such as skillset, level of experience, and other qualifications.
