Job Overview:
We are seeking a Salesforce Technical Trainer with deep expertise in Salesforce platforms and tools to design and deliver comprehensive training programs. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Salesforce implementations, configurations, and development, coupled with a passion for teaching and empowering others. As a Salesforce Technical Trainer, you will play a pivotal role in equipping professionals with the skills needed to effectively utilize Salesforce technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver engaging training programs on Salesforce platforms, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Community Cloud.
- Create customized learning materials, including presentations, documentation, hands-on exercises, and assessments tailored to diverse audiences.
- Train technical teams on advanced Salesforce concepts such as Apex programming, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and system integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Provide foundational Salesforce training to business users on configurations, workflows, process automations, and reporting tools.
- Design and conduct training sessions for data migration tools such as Data Loader, Workbench, and Salesforce data management best practices.
- Guide learners on Salesforce security configurations, including role hierarchies, profiles, and permission sets.
- Stay updated on Salesforce platform updates and features to incorporate the latest advancements into training materials.
- Assess training effectiveness through feedback and adjust content and delivery methods as needed.
- Support learners post-training by addressing questions, troubleshooting issues, and providing mentorship as they apply their skills.
Requirements
- Qualifications:
- 6+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce implementations, configurations, and development.
- Proven experience in conducting training sessions or mentoring teams on technical subjects.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce development tools, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and SOQL/SOSL.
- Expertise in Salesforce administration, including workflows, automations, and security management.
- Experience with data migration and integration tools such as Data Loader, Workbench, and third-party connectors.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Platform Developer, or Education Cloud Consultant) are highly desirable.
- Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with instructional design principles and training tools.
- Experience with Einstein Analytics and advanced Salesforce reporting.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and their application in training.
