We're looking for highly motivated and detail-oriented graduates to join our team as Sales Development Representatives (SDRs). This role is designed for people who can strike up conversations easily, maintain authentic connections, and explain complex ideas in a compelling way. This role is designed to give you the foundational skills to excel in sales or transition into inside sales or solutions engineering roles.

📈 Career Progression Path
- Months 0-12: Sales Development Representative
- Months 12-24: Progress to either:
- Inside Sales Representative
- Solutions Engineer
- Months 24+: Senior Sales Representative or Senior Solutions Engineer
💪 Primary Responsibilities
- Research and build prospect lists across key verticals (Photography, E-commerce, Sports Leagues, Digital Marketing Agencies) using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and our in-house tools
- Enrich contact data through our sales tech stack (HubSpot CRM + automation tools) to ensure high-quality outreach
- Execute multi-channel prospecting campaigns through email, LinkedIn, and calls with personalized messaging
- Conduct discovery calls to understand prospects' content creation workflows, pain points, and technical requirements
- Maintain accurate CRM records of all prospect interactions and pipeline progress
- Work alongside founder to share market feedback and refine outreach strategies
- Support product demonstrations with relevant use cases and basic technical explanations

Requirements
- Please include 1-2 voice recordings (audio only, no video needed) via Loom or Vidyard:
- A mock cold call to a VP of Photo studio Operations, pitching our product
- A recording showing how you'd handle this objection: "We're happy with [Competitor X]"

- Bachelor's degree in STEM, Business, Economics or analytical fields field (Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or related)
- Natural ability to connect with people and build instant rapport
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to explain complex concepts in simple terms
- Self-motivated with attention to detail
- Eagerness to learn technical products and sales methodologies
- This position includes a standard 90-day probationary period. Upon successful completion and performance review, the role will be confirmed as permanent with all benefits taking full effect.

- Base Salary: $40K-$50K
