Salary: $110,000 - $130,000 per year, plus full benefits.

• Work collaboratively with clients to assess their needs and create personalized treatment plans.
• Offer evidence-based therapeutic interventions that are tailored to individual goals.

• Keep track of progress with accurate, confidential documentation.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Requirements

Who You Are:

• You hold a master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field.
• You are licensed as an LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW in California.
• You have 1-3 years of experience supporting children, teens, and adults in overcoming mental health challenges.
• You are skilled in remote therapy and passionate about delivering care to diverse clients.
• You enjoy staying current with new therapeutic practices and methods.
