Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of property management experience.
  • Strong knowledge of property management software and technology tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in budgeting, financial reporting, and expense management.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Valid real estate license as required by local law.
