Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations and management of residential and commercial properties.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of property management experience.
- Strong knowledge of property management software and technology tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in budgeting, financial reporting, and expense management.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid real estate license as required by local law.
