We are looking for a General Manager to oversee our home services team here at My Guy Heating and Air!  Responsibilities include participating in the overall strategy, managing employees, and establishing policies. You should be a thoughtful leader and a confident decision-maker, helping our people develop and be productive while ensuring we are exceeding our client's expectations. Ultimately, you’ll help our company grow and thrive!

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a General Manager or similar executive role
  • Knowledge of business process and functions (finance, HR, procurement, operations etc.)
