Locating an Accredited Marriage and Family Therapist
Seeking a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) who is both caring and ready to make a positive impact? In order to help our clients overcome their challenges, we are seeking a committed individual to join our team and provide them with essential treatment services.
Salary: $110,000 - $130,000 per year, plus benefits.
Your Impact:
- Facilitate individual, couple, and family therapy sessions that inspire healing and growth.
- Conduct thorough assessments to understand clients' unique strengths and challenges.
- Create and implement tailored treatment plans that align with clients’ goals.
- Maintain detailed documentation of therapy sessions and client progress.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team for integrated care.
- Provide empathetic support during crisis situations, ensuring clients feel safe and understood.
- Stay updated on the latest mental health practices and research.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy.
- Current LMFT license in the state.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a heartfelt commitment to helping others.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
