Salary: $110,000 - $130,000 per year, plus benefits.
What You’ll Do:
- Facilitate individual, couple, and family therapy sessions aimed at promoting healing and growth.
- Conduct detailed assessments to understand clients' unique challenges and strengths.
- Create and adapt personalized treatment plans that align with clients’ goals.
- Keep accurate and up-to-date documentation of therapy sessions and client outcomes.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.
- Provide compassionate support during difficult times, making clients feel heard and respected.
- Stay current with the latest mental health research to continually improve your practice.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy.
- Valid LMFT license in the state.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for helping others.
- Ability to work both independently and within a team.
