Salary: $110,000-$130,000 annually, plus a full range of benefits
Your Role:
- Facilitate individual counseling sessions for patients coping with chronic illnesses.
- Develop and monitor progress on treatment plans.
- Act as a communication bridge between patients and healthcare teams.
- Customize support strategies to fit each patient’s unique needs.
- Conduct risk assessments and address biopsychosocial concerns.
- Provide educational guidance for patients and their support systems.
- Document patient progress and ensure compliance with clinical protocols.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Master’s in Social Work from an accredited university.
- California LCSW license in good standing.
- Minimum 2 years of experience providing psychotherapy.
- Proficiency in solution-based therapy techniques.
- Strong critical thinking and collaboration skills.
