Responsibilities
- Manage executive schedules, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Coordinate and oversee various projects from inception to completion.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Assist in the organization and execution of events and conferences.
- Monitor project timelines and ensure adherence to deadlines.
- Implement efficient processes and systems to improve office workflows.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or Project Manager, preferably in a legal environment.
- 3+ years savings / checkings banking.
- Strong proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
