About Us
Private events and catering can significantly increase restaurant revenue, but many restaurants are stuck using outdated, error-prone manual processes - unlike the sophisticated software employed by large chains. Perfect Venue is leveling the playing field by offering local restaurants an affordable, user-friendly, event management tool to help local restaurants compete with big chains. This is just the start, with plans to expand into a broader marketplace that includes venues and other event services (DJs, florists, etc).

The Opportunity
With backing from top investors, including Zoom's first investor, we are poised for explosive growth. As an Enterprise Account Executive you'll use your network of hospitality groups to add more large customers.
Responsibilities
- Conduct outreach to your existing network to close large hospitality groups.
- Provide product feedback to improve our offerings.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and tech teams to ensure alignment.
- Utilize HubSpot and spreadsheets to maintain strong contact and company lists.
- Adapt to the dynamic environment of a fast-growing startup.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience at restaurant tech companies selling to Hospitality Groups.
- Strong network of hospility groups - this role is 100% outbound.
- Ability to travel up to 30% to potential customer locations.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets and generating high-quality leads.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of the restaurant, hospitality, or event management industries is a plus.
